NAbout the Role
nWeare looking for a Flipkart Performance Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Flipkart Ads and D2C/E-commerce. The ideal candidate should have experience managing and scaling Flipkart advertising campaigns in the Indian market, with a strong focus on campaign optimization, profitability, and growth.
NKey Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research using Flipkart Ads data, search insights, and marketplace research tools. N
- Build and expand keyword lists covering high-volume, long-tail, competitor, branded, and category keywords. N
- Set up, launch, and manage Keyword, Product, Search, and Display advertising campaigns. N
- Configure campaign budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and placements. N
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize bids, budgets, keywords, product targeting, and placements. N
- Scale winning campaignsand pause underperforming campaigns. N
- Identify profitable search terms and manage negative keywords to reduce wasted spend. N




- Conduct competitor product research and identify recent growth opportunities. N
- Analyze campaign performance across ROAS, CPC, CTR, CVR, Impressions, Clicks, Orders, Sales, Spend, and ACOS. N
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. N
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient budget allocation and utilization. N
- Conduct A/B testing across keywords, bids, targeting, and campaign structures. N
- Work with the catalog team to improve product titles, descriptions, attributes, keywords, images, and overall catalog quality. N
- Monitor listing qualityand product discoverability to support organic visibility. N
- Monitor account health,campaign delivery, and policy-related issues. N
- Stay updated with Flipkart Ads features, marketplace trends, and best practices. N
