NWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Gujarati, Marwadi & Rajasthani Cuisine Chef to join a prestigious Private Residence in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have extensive expertise in authentic regional cuisine and a strong background in serving HNI/VIP families or luxury private residences.
NKey Responsibilities

- Prepare authentic Gujarati, Marwadi, and Rajasthani cuisine with exceptional taste and presentation. N
- Design and curate dailyand seasonal menus based on family preferences. N
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization. N
- Source and manage premium-quality ingredients while minimizing wastage. N
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and timely meal preparation. N
- Cater to special dietary requirements and customized meal preferences.

- Maintain complete confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion within the residence. N
- Coordinate with household staff to ensure seamless meal service. N

nKey Requirements

- 8–10 years of relevant experience as a Private Residence Chef, Luxury Villa Chef, or Five-Star Hotel Chef. N
- Expertise in Gujarati, Marwadi, and Rajasthani cuisine is mandatory. N
- Experience serving HNI/VIP families or private residences will be highly preferred. N
- Solid knowledge of traditional recipes, regional cooking techniques, and ingredient selection. N
- Excellent kitchen management, hygiene, and food safety practices. N
- Professional, disciplined, well-groomed, and trustworthy. N
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and deliver personalized hospitality. N
