We work directly with customers who often prefer to shop through personal conversations rather than a standard checkout flow. This role exists to serve that customer, quickly and well, across every channel they reach out on.
About the Role NWe're looking for an Online Sales Executive to own our direct-to-customer sales conversations. A large share of our customers order directly, over WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email, or phone calls, instead of using the website. This person will be the first point of contact for these customers and will be responsible for converting conversations into confirmed orders.
Key Responsibilities N

- Respond to customer messages on WhatsApp, Instagram/Facebook DMs, and email in a timely, helpful manner N
- Answer incoming sales calls and follow up on missed calls N
- Monitor comments on social media posts and respond to or flag purchase-intent comments N
- Guide customers throughproduct selection, pricing,
and order details N
- Convert inbound queriesinto confirmed direct orders N
- Follow up with customers who haven't completed their order or gone quiet mid-conversation N
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, orders, and follow-ups N
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure confirmed orders are processed and fulfilled correctly N
- Share regular updates on inbound query volume, conversion, and any recurring customer questions or objections N
What We're Looking Forn

- 0–2 years of experience;
freshers with solid communication skills are welcome to apply N
- Excellent written and spoken English and Hindi N
- Comfortable managing high volumes of conversations across multiple platforms at once N
- Naturally personable, patient, and persuasive without being pushy N
- Organised, with an eye for detail and follow-through N
