NPosition Summary:
NWe are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Lead Structural Design Engineer to lead our internal design team. The ideal candidate will oversee structural design strategy, ensure robust engineering practices, and directly contribute to complex design challenges. Proficiency in MIDAS, STAAD.Pro, ANSYS & Auto Cad is essential. This is a leadership role requiring coordination with erection teams, project managers, and clients to ensure secure, cost-effective, and innovative structural solutions.

- Lead and manage the structural design team, including allocation of design tasks, technical reviews,



and mentoring junior engineers. N
- Provide expert-level analysis and design of structures using MIDAS, STAAD.Pro, ANSYS & Auto Cad. N
- Review and approve structural drawings, models, calculations, BOQ's and design documentation. N
- Ensure design compliance with relevant Indian and international standards (IS, IRC, Eurocode, AASHTO). N
- Work closely with the projects, sales and execution teams to ensure constructible and site-adapted designs and solutions. N
- Validate structural adequacy for heavy lifting, transportation, and erection-related operations N
- Evaluate and optimize structural solutions for cost, efficiency, and sustainability. N
- Represent the design department in client meetings, design reviews, and audits. N
- Liaise with external consultants and vendors where necessary. N
- Establish and implementbest practices, templates, and design protocols for the department.
