- Support the execution of bank-wide transformation initiatives by translating strategic priorities into actionable workstreams, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery. N
- Enable effective program governance, stakeholder coordination, and benefits tracking to ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value and sustained impact. N
- Support development of program charters, detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones aligned with strategic priorities. N
- Assist in defining KPIs, value drivers, and success metrics for transformation initiatives. N
- Track program budgets, utilization, and cost-benefit alignment. N
- Identify and manage risks/issues, escalations, and trade-offs;
drive timely leadershipdecisions to unblock delivery. N
- Track outcomes and perks (financial and non-financial) via KPI dashboards, value trees, and benefits realization reviews. N




- Support preparation of business cases and benefits realization frameworks. N
- Ensure transformation initiatives improve customer experience, TAT, and service quality. N
- Coordinate with Business, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, HR, and Finance teams. N
- Support senior leadership with dashboards, reports, and progress updates. N
- Ensure adherence to internal governance frameworks, regulatory guidelines, and reporting standards. N
- Drive structured program management practices (RAID logs, trackers, governance decks). N

- Exposure to program management or strategic initiatives preferred N
