- Source High ValueLAP business through DSA partners. N
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and new DSAs. N
- Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets. N
- Handle average ticket sizes of ₹4–5 Crore. N
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing. N
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain portfolio quality. N

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) sales. N
- Mandatory experience inDSA/channel sourcing. N
- Experience in handling High Value LAP cases. N
- Strong communication and relationship management skills. N
