NLead the internal audit function and oversee end-to-end audit planning and execution.
NDevelop the annual audit plan and ensure timely delivery.
NReview high-risk processes, controls, and regulatory compliance.
NPresent audit findings and updates to senior leadership and the Audit Committee.
NLiaise with external auditors and regulators as required.
NDrive process improvements and governance strengthening initiatives.
NRequirements:
NCA with 5 years+ experience in NBFC/bank
NProven ability to lead teams and manage multiple complex audits.
NStrong grasp of RBI guidelines, regulatory risks, and governance frameworks.
NExcellent communication and report-writing skills.
