- Proven track record of leading large-scale (20,000 sqft+) office/corporate property acquisition and expansion N
- Robust network and relationships with landlords, developers, and brokers N
- Expertise in strategic market analysis and deal structuring (including revenue sharing / management contract models) N
- Preferred: Strong exposure to Tier-1 Tier-2 city markets N

NStrategic Expansion Leadership

- n
- Define and execute the organization's expansion strategy across target markets, identifying high-value micro-markets for growth. N
- Oversee market research, competitive benchmarking, and rental trend analysis to aid decision-making. N
- Develop multi-year expansion roadmaps in alignment with company vision and financial goals. N





nBusiness Development & Relationship Management

- n
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, and channel partners to secure priority access to prime properties. N
- Curate potential property options and evaluate on the basis of an acquisition checklist to qualify. N
- Represent alt.F in high-level negotiations with property owners, investors, and external stakeholders. N

nDeal Structuring &Negotiation;

- n
- Lead negotiationsfor LOIs, agreements, and financial terms in alignment with the company's financial models. N
- Evaluate and structure revenue-sharing or management contract arrangements where applicable. N

nProject Acquisition & Execution Oversight

- n
- Oversee parameter-based site selection, due diligence, legal documentation, and compliance processes. N
- Collaborate with design, and project teams to finalize BOQs and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
