- Implement and customize ITAM modules (HAM & SAM Pro) on ServiceNow N
- Manage asset lifecycle processes including procurement, inventory, deployment, and retirement N
- Configure software license management, compliance tracking, and normalization N
- Develop solutions usingBusiness Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer N
- Integrate ServiceNow with procurement systems, discovery tools, and third-party vendors N
- Work with CMDB and Discovery teams to ensure data accuracy and reconciliation N
- Build reports and dashboards for asset visibility, compliance, and optimization N

- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITAM (HAM & SAM) N
- Valuable understanding of software licensing models and asset lifecycle management N
- Expertise in CMDB, CSDMframework, and data management N
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow platform scripting N
- Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST APIs N
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD / CIS–HAM / CIS–SAM preferred) N
