NWe are seeking a visionary qualified who can provide strategic academic leadership, drive innovation in teaching and learning, strengthen research excellence, and lead accreditation and quality assurance initiatives.
NKey Responsibilities

- Provide strategic direction for academic programs and policies

- Lead curriculum development and academic quality enhancement
N
- Drive accreditation, rankings, and regulatory compliance initiatives
N
- Foster a culture of research, publications, and faculty development
N
- Strengthen industry-academia collaborations and global partnerships
N
- Ensure excellence in student learning outcomes and academic governance
NEligibility
n
- Ph.D.



in Management or a related discipline from a recognized university
N
- Minimum 15 years of academic experience in higher education
N
- At least 5 years in a senior academic leadership role such as Dean, Associate Dean, Academic Director, Professor & Head, or equivalent
N
- Proven experience in accreditation, curriculum design, faculty leadership, and institutional development
