NHorizon Conference Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a committed and execution-focused skilled to join our Conference Operations team in Bengaluru.
NThis role is ideal for professionals with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing conferences, webinars, corporate events, Zoom meetings, and stakeholder coordination. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and delivering flawless events.
NKey Responsibilities

- Plan and execute national and international conferences from start to finish. N
- Coordinate with speakers, delegates, sponsors, vendors, and clients. N
- Manage Zoom/Webinar sessions and provide complete technical coordination. N
- Prepare event documentation, reports, certificates, and professional communications. N
- Ensure timely executionwhile managing multiple projects and deadlines. N

nRequirements
n3+ years of relevant experience in conference or event management (Freshers are not eligible for this role)




NExcellent verbal and written communication skills
NStrong organizational andproject coordination abilities
NProficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and digital documentation
NAbility to work independently with minimal supervision
NWillingness to handle time-sensitive assignments and occasional extended working hours during live events
NGraduate in any discipline from a recognized university
