The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and be capable of resolving customer queries efficiently while maintaining a positive brand experience.

- Resolve concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required. N
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups. N
- Build robust customer relationships through courteous and empathetic communication. N
- Collect feedbacks and share insights with internal teams. N
