Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Manager - Analytics to own the end-to-end lead to enrollment funnel across channels. This role will be responsible for improving funnel conversion, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and marketing-sales alignment to driveefficient growth.
The ideal candidate is data-driven, strong with analytics and numbers, comfortable working across marketing, sales,



and tech,and able to move fast with strong ownership in a high-growth environment.

Role & Responsibilities
Lead advanced analytics initiatives across growth, product, and learning outcomes to support strategic decision-making.
Design and implement segmentation frameworks and cross-sell journeys to drive revenue expansion and user engagement.
Conduct cohort analysis and retention driver deep dives to understand student lifecycle behavior and improve retention.
Analyze performance marketing data at the ad level to generate insights on new audience reach, audience overlap,creative fatigue, and identify winning creatives.
Build advanced visualizations and dashboards that track student progress, learning outcomes, and program effectiveness.
Work on AI-led analytics initiatives, including MCP integrations and multi-agent workflows to enhance automation and insight generation.
