NAs we continue to grow, we're looking for an Operations & Client Success Manager to take ownership of our projects from award to final closure.
NWhat You'll Do
n* Lead project execution from post-award to successful handover.
N* Coordinate with ProjectManagers, Site Teams, Design, Procurement and Finance.
N* Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
N* Drive project timelines, quality, billing and collections.
N* Manage change orders, commercial closures and final handovers.
N* Track project profitability, risks and operational performance.
N* Ensure a seamless client experience while delivering projects on time and within budget.
NWhat We're Looking For
N* 8–12 years of experience in Commercial Interior Fit-outs or Design & Build.
N* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
N* Strong client-facing, commercial and leadership skills.
N* Experience in billing, contracts, project coordination and operational management.
N* Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
