nWeare looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Customer Support Internship who can
Nhandle customer queries efficiently and maintain a positive brand experience. You will be the first
Npoint of contact for customers and help resolve their concerns related to orders, products, and
Nservices.
nKey Responsibilities

- Handle customer queriesvia calls, WhatsApp, social media, and email.

- Assist customers with order status,



product details, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
N
- Coordinate with the operations and warehouse teams for order-related issues.

- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
N
- Ensure a positive and helpful experience for every customer interaction.
NRequired Skills & Qualifications

- Valuable communication skills in Hindi & English.

- Basic knowledge of customer handling and problem-solving.

- Ability to remain calm and polite while handling customer concerns.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and Excel.

- Responsible, patient, and customer-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work from office and manage daily support tasks.
