About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized School Partnerships & CRM Executive to manage school outreach, lead follow-ups, CRM activities, onboarding, and ongoing communication with schools.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and relationship-management skills, be comfortable with calling and follow-ups, and have valuable knowledge of CRM and data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential schools in Delhi, Chandigarh, and other assigned locations.
- Search and maintain accurate school information, including contact details, classes offered, decision-makers, and other relevant information.
- Update and maintain school profiles, CRM records, notes, and other relevant details.
- Manage the complete school lead pipeline, including lead status, lifecycle stages, follow-up dates, and next-call dates.




- Conduct regular calls with prospective schools and validate available school data.
- Follow up with schools regarding onboarding, meetings, classes, and partnership opportunities.
- Coordinate and maintain proper records of school onboarding activities.
- Keep school pages and profiles updated with the latest information.
- Handle and resolve school-related queries received through WhatsApp, website contact forms, reporting forms, and other channels.
- Monitor the CRM/dashboard regularly and ensure that scheduled calls and follow-ups are completed on time.
- Review and clean old school data based on defined criteria such as last class, last contact date, lead status, etc.
- Identify and validate old/inactive school leads for re-engagement.
- Maintain proper notes and communication history for every school interaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely resolution of school queries.
