NWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organization's overall financial strategy, capital allocation, investment planning, and financial governance. The CFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving financial growth, maximizing profitability, ensuring financial sustainability, and supporting business expansion through data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial leadership, corporate finance, strategic planning, treasury management, fundraising, and business growth. The CFO will oversee all financial functions while acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors on financial and investment matters.

N* Monitor return on investment (ROI) and financial performance of key business initiatives.
NFinancial Planning & Performance Management
N* Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
N* Monitor organizational financial performance and establish financial KPIs across business units.
