NAbout the Role
nWeare looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Inside Sales Executives / Academic Counsellors to join our team. The ideal candidate will counsel prospective students, understand their career aspirations, and guide them toward suitable Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs while driving admissions.
NKey Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students through inbound and outbound calls. N
- Understand students' academic and career goals. N
- Explain UG/PG programs and admission processes. N
- Convert qualified leadsinto successful enrollments. N
- Follow up with prospective students to maximize conversions. N
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM regularly. N
- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets. N
- Deliver an excellent student experience throughout the admission journey. N

nRequired Qualifications

- n
- Minimum 8 months of experience in Inside Sales, Academic Counselling, Education Sales, or Admissions. (Fresher also welcome ) N
- Graduate in any discipline. N
- Excellent communicationskills in English and Hindi. N
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. N
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment. N
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is preferred. N

nPreferred Background
NCandidates with experience in EdTech, Education, E-learning, Higher Education, Online Learning, or Training & Development will be preferred.
