- Review project-specificcash flows and conduct financial modeling. N

- Calculate key credit metrics such as LTV and DSCR. N
- Assess credit risk and identify key mitigants. N
- Prepare Credit Appraisal Memos (CAMs) for Credit Committee approval. N
- Coordinate with legal, technical, valuation, and business teams throughout the credit evaluation process. N
