- File timely quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements with stock exchanges and regulatory bodies N
- .Ensure strict adherence to Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS) or IFRS and SEBI guidelines N
- .Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits, acting as the primary liaison for external auditors N
- .Maintain robust Internal Financial Controls (IFC) and risk management frameworks N

- Monitor long-termcapital-intensive projects, tracking engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) costs N
- .Oversee project accounting, revenue recognition (percentage-of-completion method), and asset capitalization N
- .Manage working capital, debt servicing, and liquidity for massive, multi-year developmental projects N
- .Ensuring that the Project Budgets are prepared on time and its strict adherence on monthly basis N




- .Devise of a system forstrict financial & Commercial Discipline across the site / Project and create for the Cost consciousness across the Organisatio N
- nActively access the various risks and take appropriate measures to Mitigate the risks through IFC measures, insurance, process correction et N
- cEvaluate project profitability, cost overruns, and cash flow forecasts N

n.C ) Core Accounting & Team Leadership

- Direct day-to-daygeneral ledger operations, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll N
- .Prepare comprehensive Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and variance analyses for the CFO and Board N
- .Lead, mentor, and structure the corporate finance and plant/site accounting teams N

n.Qualifications & Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) N
- .15+ years of total experience, with specific leadership exposure in a large infrastructure secto N
