NWe are looking for a motivated Enterprise Solutions Manager to lead the delivery and growth of enterprise technology solutions. The ideal candidate will combine Project Management, Product Management, Business Analysis, and Solution Delivery skills to successfully implement solutions that meet business objectives and deliver measurable value.
NYou will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to manage projects, define product roadmaps, gather requirements, and drive successful solution adoption across Microsoft and enterprise technology platforms.

nProject & Delivery Management

- Manage end-to-enddelivery of enterprise application and digital transformation projects. N
- Define project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and delivery plans. N
- Track progress, manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure successful project outcomes. N

nProduct Management

- Define and manageproduct backlogs, roadmaps, and release plans. N
- Gather and prioritize business requirements,



user stories, and enhancement requests. N
- Drive continuous improvement through stakeholder feedback and solution performance analysis. N

nStakeholder & Client Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, business users, and delivery teams. N
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution discussions. N
- Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders. N

nSolution Leadership

- Collaborate with architects and development teams to design scalable business solutions. N
- Support delivery acrossMicrosoft technologies including Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure, and .NET solutions. N
- Ensure solutions meet business, security, and governance requirements. N
