- Prepare and manage project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project N
- Coordinate resource allocation for labour, equipment, and material N
- Conduct risk assessments and maintain a risk register N
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders and provide regular progress update N
- Lead review meetings and publish dashboards to monitor project health N
- Drive continuous improvement through performance evaluation and process optimization N
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations N
