Job DescriptionRole Summary
NThe Project Manager will spearhead the end-to-end process transformation initiatives by ideating, designing, and deploying solutions using standardized methodologies, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include managing stakeholder engagement and overseeing project governance.
NThis role will focus on leveraging design thinking to identify and capitalize on process improvement opportunities, driving enhancements across process, technology, and data. The Project Manager will analyze, redesign, and optimize business processes to significantly boost operational efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

- Overall, 10 - 12 years of experience in Process design, Technology deployments and consulting, with a strong focus on process transformation initiatives N
- Minimum 3 years' experience in business process management methodologies,



and the ability to translate complex processes into clear, actionable plans that drive business value N
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in deploying technology solutions N
- Should be able to display how he/she was able to convert an prospect into solution N
- Experience in Business Process Mapping and analysis, with a focus on identifying inefficiencies and proposing effective redesigns N
- PMP trained desired N
- Six Sigma Lean/BB Certification desired N
- Should have managed small teams or ability to exhibit to managerial skill N
- Strong understanding ofsix sigma tools - linkage and usage. N
- Working knowledge of MSproject to build project plans;

- Strong proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools (e.G., Microsoft Visio, Lucid chart, Monday.Com). N
- Excellent analytical, Excel, PowerPoint, MS office and documentation skills N
- Exposure to enterprise data warehouse system
