Job DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This is a full time, on-site position based in Vadodara. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting international clients through phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with internal teams, monitor support requests, document issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day support operations. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, organized, solution-oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. N
- Resolve customer issuespromptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism. N
- Coordinate with technical and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution. N
- Track, document, and manage support tickets until closure. N
- Escalate complex issuesto the appropriate teams when required. N




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. N
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and effective communication. N
- Contribute to improvingsupport processes and operational efficiency. N

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. N
- Strong customer serviceand interpersonal skills. N
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. N
- Basic technical understanding of websites, software applications, or digital products. N
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. N
- Experience in customer support, BPO, IT, or SaaS is preferred but not mandatory. N
