NAbout the Role
nWeare looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Leader with a strong background in Employee Health Benefits, Wellness, Group Health Insurance, or InsuranceTech. The ideal candidate should be a strong hunter and closer with established CXO relationships and experience driving enterprise sales across the West region.
NKey Responsibilities
nRevenue & Current Business

- Own annual sales targets and drive predictable enterprise revenue growth. N
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of mid-market and large enterprise accounts. N
- Acquire new corporate clients through direct selling and partner ecosystems. N
- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closure. N
- Develop strategic account plans and drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities. N

nEnterprise & CXO Engagement

- Build relationships with CHROs, HR Heads, Benefits/Total Rewards Heads, CFOs, CEOs, and Procurement leaders. N




- Position healthcare andemployee benefits solutions as strategic workforce and productivity solutions. N
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee healthcare, wellness, benefits optimization, and healthcare costs. N

nConsultative Solution Selling

- Understand enterprise challenges around employee health benefits, OPD, insurance utilization, wellness, and healthcare costs. N
- Design customized solutions aligned with client requirements. N
- Lead discovery workshops, solution presentations, business cases, ROI discussions, and executive presentations. N

nStrategic Partnerships & Market Expansion

- Build relationships with insurance brokers, consultants, TPAs, insurers, and ecosystem partners. N
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new industry verticals. N
- Expand enterprise accounts through strategic cross-sell and upsell. N
