NJob Summary -
nPolicybazaar is looking for an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support and guide
NCustomer Support/Sales teams by driving operational excellence, improving team productivity,
Nand ensuring process compliance. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills,
Nteam handling experience,and expertise in Advanced Excel.
NKey Responsibilities -
N- Provide process guidance and floor support to Customer Support/Sales teams.
N- Coach and mentor team members to improve productivity and performance.
N- Monitor team performance and identify process improvement opportunities.
N- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.




N- Analyze operational metrics and share actionable insights.
N- Coordinate with Operations, Training, and Quality teams to improve business
Nperformance.
n- Ensure adherence to company processes and quality standards.
NMandatory Requirements -
N- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
N- Customer Support Team Handling experience is Mandatory.
N- Hands-on experience managing Attrition, Shrinkage, Productivity, and Team
NPerformance.
n- Solid proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP,
NINDEX-MATCH, MIS Reporting).
N- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
N- Regional Language is Mandatory:
N- Graduation is Mandatory.
