NWe are looking for a proactive and relationship-oriented Inside Sales Manager to drive B2B sales by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their business requirements, and recommending suitable marketing solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups. N
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing B2B clients. N
- Understand customer business needs and recommend relevant marketing solutions. N
- Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and product presentations. N
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding. N
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience. N
- Maintain accurate salesrecords and customer interactions in the CRM. N
- Stay updated on market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities. N




- Visit clients occasionally, as per business requirements, to strengthen business relationships. N

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

- 1–4 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales or related sales roles. N
- Robust experience in cold calling, lead generation, and consultative selling. N
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. N
- Proven ability to buildlong-term client relationships. N
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. N
- Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment with occasional client visits. N
- Own conveyance for client meetings, whenever required. N
- Technical background inIT/Electronics is not mandatory;
relevant sales experience is preferred. N
