NAbout the Role
nWeare looking for an experienced Deputy Vice President – Sales to lead Restaurant Onboarding & Merchant Acquisition for our rapidly growing Ownly Food Delivery business.
NThis is a strategic leadership role responsible for expanding our restaurant partner network, driving sales excellence, and managing large multi-layer field sales teams across multiple locations in India.
NKey Responsibilities




nLead end-to-end restaurant onboarding and merchant acquisition across assigned geographies.
NBuild, mentor, and lead large field sales teams comprising Regional Managers, Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Field Executives.
NDrive daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets while maximizing sales productivity.
NDevelop territory expansion strategies to accelerate market penetration.
NMonitor KPIs, sales funnel, conversion ratios, and merchant activation metrics.
NRecruit, coach, and retain high-performing sales talent across multiple locations.
NPartner with Operations, Product, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure seamless merchant onboarding.
NDrive governance, processcompliance, forecasting, MIS reporting, and leadership reviews.
NIdentify business opportunities through market intelligence and data-driven insights.
