NJob Summary:
NWe are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / Senior Business Development Manager with a solid background in IT Staffing and Recruitment Services. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in acquiring new clients, developing strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth across US, UK, Europe, Middle East, and India markets.
NKey Responsibilities:

- Identify, develop, and acquire new clients for IT Staffing, Recruitment, RPO, MSP, and Talent Solutions. N
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events. N
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools. N
- Conduct client meetings, understand hiring requirements, and present staffing solutions. N
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close new business opportunities. N




- Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and hiring managers. N
- Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements. N
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and revenue targets. N
- Represent the organization at client meetings, conferences, and networking events. N

nRequired Skills & Experience:

- n
- 4+ years of Business Development experience in IT Staffing, Recruitment, or Talent Solutions. N
- Mandatory experience selling staffing/recruitment services in one or more of the following geographies: US, UK, Europe, Middle East, APAC or India. N
- Proven track record of acquiring new clients and generating business. N
- Strong understanding ofIT hiring, recruitment lifecycle, and staffing models (Permanent, Contract, Contract-to-Hire, RPO/MSP). N
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. N
- Experience with CRM
