NKey Responsibilities:
NFinancial Reporting & Accounting

- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable Accounting Standards and statutory requirements. N
- Ensure timely month-endand year-end closing of books. N
- Monitor General Ledger,Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets. N
- Oversee bank reconciliations and cash flow management. N





nTaxation & Statutory Compliance

- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns. N
- Handle GST reconciliations, assessments, notices, and departmental queries. N
- Coordinate with statutory authorities for tax-related matters. N
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST regulations, and other applicable statutory requirements. N

nAudit & Compliance

- Coordinate Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, and other regulatory audits. N
- Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, and management responses. N
- Implement and strengthen internal financial controls and compliance frameworks. N
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies and financial governance. N

nFinancial Planning& Analysis

- Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis. N
- Analyze business performance and profitability across business units. N
