Job DescriptionAbout the role
NYou'll be the hands (and eyes) that bring our founder's content and brand stories to life on screen. Working closely with the Personal Brand & Content Lead, you'll take scripts and ideas and turn them into scroll-stopping video and photography — shooting, editing and delivering polished content across formats.
NWhat you'll do

- Shoot video content — from founder-led talking pieces and interviews to social Reels, behind-the-scenes and event coverage. N
- Edit footage into finished pieces: cutting, colour, sound, motion graphics, subtitles and platform-specific versions (vertical, square, long-form). N
- Execute scripts and creative briefs, translating them into shot lists and a clear production plan. N
- Handle photography — portraits, product, lifestyle and event stills — and basic retouching. N
- Manage the full production workflow: pre-production prep, lighting and audio setup on set, and organised file/asset management post-shoot. N
- Maintain a fast,
consistent output pipeline so the founder's presence stays active across channels. N
- Keep quality and brand consistency high across everything that ships. N
nWhat we're lookingfor
N
- n
- 2–5 years shooting and editing video, ideally for social-first and branded content. N
- Solid command of editing tools (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci;
After Effects a plus). N
- Solid grasp of framing,lighting and audio on set, plus comfortable operating camera gear independently. N
- Photography skills withan eye for composition and light. N
- Fast, reliable and organised — you can turn things around without dropping quality. N
- A portfolio/reel that shows range across video and photo. N
nNice to have

- Experience creating founder- or personality-led content. N
- Motion graphics and sound design chops. N
nFamiliarity with AI video tools in the production pipeline.
