- Managing the exclusive talent roster and forging partnerships with various agencies. N
- Understanding the unique selling points (USPs) of each creator under our management. N
- Developing tailored strategies based on the clientele of each agency and our exclusive talent roster. N
- Responsible for maximizing the overall revenue generated by our talent roster. N
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns. N
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and brands. N
- Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audiences,



and users. N
- Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns. N
- Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers. N
- Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels. N

- Proficiency in email communication, Excel, PPT. N
- Bachelor's degree in Media / Marketing. N
- Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies. N
