- Provide strategic leadership and overall administration of the school. N
- Foster a culture of discipline, integrity, patriotism, and excellence. N
- Lead academic planning while ensuring high educational standards. N
- Supervise teaching and non-teaching staff. N
- Develop leadership, personality development, and defence-oriented training programs. N
- Ensure compliance with CBSE and other statutory guidelines. N
- Build strong relationships with parents,



students, and stakeholders. N
- Monitor student discipline, safety, and overall campus operations. N
- Drive admissions, branding, and institutional growth initiatives. N
- Mentor staff and createa high-performance work culture. N

- Ex-Armed Forces Officer(Indian Army / Navy / Air Force) – Mandatory N
- Officer rank with distinguished service record. N
- Bachelor's Degree required. N
- Master's Degree preferred. N
- B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred. N
- Experience in educational leadership or training institutions will be an added advantage. N
- Strong leadership, communication, and administrative skills. N
