- Lead operational strategy and drive scalable social development programs aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). N
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation. N
- Develop and manage MIS,dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders. N
- Ensure statutory, legal, financial,



and regulatory compliance while coordinating audits. N
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, CSR partners, NGOs, trusts, foundations, and community leaders. N
- Implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks using SROI, ESG, and SDG indicators. N
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing cross-functional teams. N
- Drive field implementation across rural, tribal, and urban communities. N
