- Own end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other paid media platform N
- Build high-performing acquisition, remarketing and lead generation campaign N
- Manage media budgets while maximizing ROAS and minimizing wasted spen N
- Develop audience targeting strategies, customer journeys and conversion funnel N
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, landing pages and campaign structure N
- Analyze campaign performance and turn numbers into actionable insight N
- Collaborate with the creative, content, influencer and strategy teams to develop campaigns that convert N
- Generate client-ready reports with insights, recommendations and next step N
- Stay ahead of algorithmupdates, platform changes and emerging advertising trend N




- Experiment with AI-powered tools to improve campaign efficiency, reporting and optimization. N

nWhat We're LookingFor

- 5 -6 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Media Buying or Growth Marketing N
- Agency experience is highly preferred N
- Solid expertise in: N
- Meta Ads Managern
- Google Ads N
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) N
- Google Tag Managern
- Search Console N
- LinkedIn Adsn
- Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, APIs and attribution models N
- Comfortable working with dashboards, spreadsheets and campaign reporting N
- Excellent analytical thinking with strong communication skill N
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude is a bonus. N
