NJob Overview
nWe are looking for a detail-oriented Hotel Accountant to manage accounting operations for our US-based hotel and resort portfolio. The role involves handling daily income audits, multi-currency bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end processes, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with US accounting standards.



The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in hotel accounting functions including income journal loading, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting, with the ability to work closely with US stakeholders.

- Daily Revenue Reconciliation with POS System. N
- Daily Revenue report preparation and publish to the hotel management. N
- Daily revenue export from POS and post to accounting system. N
- Preparation of the daily cash and credit card reconciliation statement and post the entry in accounting core system. N
- Daily income audit and pass on the queries to the counterpart and follow up until resolve. N
- Check the bank statement on daily basis and pass the related entry in accounting system and reconciled the bank every day. N
- Booking the daily account payable invoice in system and pass it on to the authorized person for approval and after
