NKey Responsibilities

- Lead new product development projects from concept to commercialization. N
- Research emerging technologies, materials, and market trends in the composites industry. N
- Develop innovative products for vacuum infusion, prepreg, resin transfer molding (RTM), and composite manufacturing processes. N
- Conduct material evaluations for nylon, polyester, polymer films, sealants, technical fabrics, and related composite consumables. N
- Coordinate laboratory testing, product validation, and performance benchmarking. N
- Design and execute trials for new products and process improvements. N
- Work closely with production teams to ensure smooth scale-up from pilot stage to commercial manufacturing. N
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions. N
- Prepare technical specifications, product datasheets, test reports, and development documentation. N
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product performance issues. N
- Identify cost reductionand value engineering opportunities without compromising quality. N
- Coordinate with suppliers for development and qualification of recent raw materials. N
- Support customer technical visits, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting activities. N
