- Thoroughly understand and internalize SVKM's quality policy for IGCSE education, including the developed curriculum and teaching-learning strategies, under the overall guidance of the Principal. N
- Take full ownership of the implementation of the assigned subject syllabus or class curriculum, ensuring complete participation and involvement. N
- Remain accountable to SVKM management through the Head of School for classroom performance and all scholastic and co-scholastic activities. N
- Make consistent effortsto maintain and improve student attendance and overall school engagement. N
- Assist the Principal inthe general organisation of school activities, including periodic and terminal examinations and co-curricular events. N
- Set question papers forterm and other examinations in the assigned subject, and assess answer papers judiciously as per the Principal's plan. N
