nChandigarh University is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Deputy Manager – Counseling to lead admissions and tele-counseling operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, a proven track record in admissions or inside sales, and the ability to drive team performance, student conversions, and revenue growth.
NKey Responsibilities
nTeam Leadership & Performance Management

- Lead, mentor, andmanage a team of 30–70 Tele-Counselors. N
- Establish performance benchmarks and ensure achievement of admissions targets. N
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team development initiatives. N

nAdmissions & Revenue Management

- Drive admissions conversions and revenue generation through effective counseling strategies. N
- Monitor and optimize lead conversion rates and admissions funnel performance. N
- Ensure timely follow-upand closure of prospective student inquiries. N
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve enrollment objectives. N

nOperations Management

- Oversee daily tele-counseling operations and productivity metrics. N
- Manage lead allocation,call distribution, and workflow efficiency. N
- Ensure compliance with organizational processes, quality standards, and best practices. N
- Continuously improve operational effectiveness and turnaround times. N
