NAbout the Role:
NWe are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Account Executive - Community to build, nurture, and engage our online and offline community. You will be responsible for fostering brand loyalty, increasing engagement, and ensuring a positive experience for our audience across platforms.

- Content Collaboration: Work with the content and marketing teams to create engaging posts, discussions, and campaigns. N
- Community Growth: Develop strategies to increase audience engagement, retention, and follower growth. N
- Brand Advocacy: Identify and engage with brand advocates, influencers, and loyal customers to amplify our reach. N
- Monitoring & Feedback: Track community trends, gather insights, and provide feedback to improve brand communication. N
- Events:



Foster a strong sense of community by organizing virtual and in-person events, discussions, and activations. N

nRequirements:

- Fresher or 1 yearexperience in community management, social media management, or digital marketing. N
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for building relationships. N
- Proficiency in managingsocial media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, and emerging channels. N
- Experience with contentcreation tools (e.G., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus. N
- Basic understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or social listening tools. N
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and drive engagement. N
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. N
