Key Responsibilities NTechnical Tracking & Ad-Ops

- Set up and configure offers, landers, and campaign links inside ClickFlare. N
- Implement and test server-to-server (S2S) postbacks, pixels, and API integrations. N
- Monitor tracking flows daily to identify and fix click-to-conversion discrepancies. N
- Troubleshoot broken links, domain issues, and campaign routing errors immediately. N
nFinancial Operations & Reconciliation

- Match and audit daily ad spend data across multiple partner platforms. N
- Cross-check revenue reports against spend to find and resolve discrepancies. N
- Coordinate directly with the finance team for accurate tracking and bookkeeping. N
- Manage partner account funding, balances, and timely top-up requests. N
nTeam Support & Partner Onboarding

- Oversee day-to-day operations and workflows for a team. N
- Review basic campaign statistics to provide actionable ROI recommendations. N
- Assist and mentor junior media buyers with data analysis and tracking setups. N
- Manage the complete onboarding, account setup, and platform access for current partners. N
- Build and update clean performance dashboards and operational reports for management. N
Requirementsn

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in technical ad operations or affiliate marketing. N
- Proven proficiency withperformance trackers like ClickFlare, Voluum, or Everflow. N
- Strong Google Sheets skills (formulas, data matching, and spend reconciliation). N
- High attention to detail—errors in tracking or funding directly impact revenue. N
