NOur Software helps onlinesellers manage their business on Meesho, AJIO, and Amazon. With current sellers signing up daily, we need a confident communicator to onboard and train them.
NResponsibilities

- Outbound calls to newlysigned-up sellers to welcome and onboard them N
- Train sellers on using the platform over phone / screen-share N
- Follow up on setup issues and coordinate with the technical team N
- Maintain call records and share daily feedback N
nRequirements

- N
- Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English N
- Confident and polite oncalls;
basic computer knowledge N
- Telecalling / support experience is a plus — freshers welcome, full training provided N
