- Source, interview, and hire Beauty Advisors to meet the growing team requirements. N
- Conduct regular onboarding sessions and continuous training for BAs to ensure they are equipped with the latest product knowledge and selling techniques. N
- Provide regular updateson new products and promotions to BAs. N
- Assist BAs in achievingsales targets through coaching, motivation, and strategic support. N
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with management for replenishment. N
- Address and resolve queries from BAs promptly and effectively. N
- Maintain daily sales reports and oversee monthly stock and sales closing procedures. N
- Act as a liaison between BAs and management, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals. N
- Take ownership of tertiary sales targets and implement strategies to achieve them. N
