NWe are looking for a driven and results-oriented Manager – Vendor Partnerships to lead vendor acquisition and onboarding efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, business development, vendor management, or inside sales, with a strong ability to identify, engage, negotiate, and onboard vendors while maintaining long-term relationships. This role requires excellent communication, commercial acumen, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven workplace.

nVendor Acquisition & Business Development

- Identify and connect with potential vendors through LinkedIn, trade directories, marketplaces, and other sourcing channels. N
- Present the company's value proposition effectively to decision-makers. N
- Conduct discovery callsto evaluate vendor readiness, business potential, and commercial viability. N
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and outreach to negotiation,



onboarding, and activation. N
- Drive consistent outbound efforts through calls, emails, and follow-ups to maintain a healthy acquisition pipeline. N
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly vendor acquisition targets. N

nVendor Onboarding & Collaboration

- Coordinate with pricing, logistics, and product teams to ensure seamless vendor integration. N
- Maintain vendor documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes. N
- Minimize onboarding friction and deliver a smooth vendor experience. N

nPerformance Management & Reporting

- Track vendor acquisition metrics using CRM tools, Excel, and Google Sheets. N
- Monitor pipeline performance and provide actionable insights to leadership. N
- Contribute to strategicvendor sourcing and process improvements. N

nRequired Qualifications
