NModular Residential Interior Experience is a must .
NJob Description / Responsibilities:
NAssesses and meets clientrequirements and desires through regular meetings and conferences
NProduces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills
NCreates idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients
NStrong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles
NExcellent portfolio of previous works
NCreative talent, imagination, and eye for design.
NRequirements:
NYou must have min 3 plus years of experience in residential projects
NModular interior Experience is a must
NRegistered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
NExperience in handling clients and handling projects independently
NExcellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up
NStrong verbal and writtenEnglish communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently.
NQualification:
NAcademic: Diploma in Interior Designing (2/3 years), B.Arch, Civil
NTechnical / Qualified:
