nRequired Qualifications

- 7–10 years of experience in insurance, reinsurance, broking, MGA, underwriting, or portfolio management roles. N
- Experience managing insurer and/or reinsurer relationships. N
- Exposure to treaty/facultative placement and/or reinsurance operations. N
- Strong commercial judgment with high attention to detail and follow-through. N
- Existing market relationships are a plus, but not required. N
nPreferred Background
NCandidates from Reinsurance placement backgrounds(RI/composite brokers, insurers' RI teams, etc)
NPreferred Product Exposure
NSpecialty risks, surety, trade credit, financial lines, warranty & extended warranty, parametric insurance, property & casualty.
