NResponsibilities

- Lead the conceptualization and execution of innovative design solutions for print, digital, and multimedia platforms. N
- Develop and maintain brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual communications. N
- Oversee design projectsfrom concept to completion, managing timelines and deliverables. N
- Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers and other team members. N
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and integrate new techniques and ideas into design projects. N




- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to campaigns and projects. N
- Communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders. N
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all assets. N
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, helping them develop their skills and grow within the team. N

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. N

nExperience:

- 2–4 years of qualified design experience (agency experience preferred) N
- A strong portfolio showcasing design versatility and creative thinking N
- Attention to detail with excellent communication and time management skills N
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team N

nSkills:
