NJob Summary
nWe are looking for an experienced Collections Manager to lead end-to-end collections for our digital lending portfolio. The role involves managing delinquent accounts across various DPD buckets, improving recovery performance, leading tele-collections, managing collection agencies, ensuring RBI compliance, and using analytics to optimize collection strategies.
NThe ideal candidate should have robust experience in unsecured lending collections within NBFCs,
fintechs, or digital lending companies.
