NThe Role
nWe are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition, campaign strategy, creative testing, landing page conversion, retargeting, analytics, and lead generation.
NIf you are a growth marketer who can build campaigns from scratch, justify ad budgets with numbers, move fast, take bold bets,



and create systems that generate qualified leads, booked demos, pipeline, and revenue, this role is for you.
NThis is not a social media posting role.
NThis is a paid ads, campaigns, funnel, and growth ownership role.
NYou will work directly with the founders and collaborate with designers, video editors, and sales teams to turn customer problems, product features, founder ideas, and market insights into campaigns that convert.
NWe do not want someone who only gives ideas. We want someone who can strategize, launch, measure, improve, and scale.
