nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Perform credit risk assessment using the 4Cs of Credit N
- Calculate income for Salaried and Self-Employed borrowers N
- Underwrite Bank Statement and Full Documentation loans N
- Evaluate loan eligibility and structure mortgage transactions N
- Review appraisal reports, title documents, lien positions, and ownership documents N
- Make underwriting decisions based on investor guidelines N
- Work on Encompass LOS N
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely loan processing N
